Terms & Conditions
Before the funeral arrangements are finalised, we will provide you with a written estimate outlining the expected cost of the funeral.
If anything is unclear, please contact us — we’ll explain it in plain English.
When to Pay
All disbursements must be paid within 24 hours of the funeral arrangements being made.
The final invoice will be issued 7 days after the funeral. You will then have 21 days to settle any outstanding balance.
Disbursements are costs we pay on your behalf and may include cremation or burial fees, doctors’ fees, minister or celebrant fees, and any other third-party charges.
Direct Cremation & Direct Burial
If you have arranged a Direct Cremation or Direct Burial (an unattended funeral), payment in full is required within 24 hours of the arrangements being finalised.
